BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. C. F. Doncaster, born in London in 1894jwas an infantry officer in the 1914-18 war and won the M.C. For 10 years he ran agricultural schemes in various parts of Europe. He entered the publishing business in 1929, and is a director of a firm publishing technical journals and of an advertising agency. He is president of Macclesfield Liberal Association.
