BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. P. J. Williams, who is 33, is a member of the staff of an insurance company. In 1939, as a member of the Territorial Army, he was commissioned almost immediately after the outbreak of the war. He saw service in the Far East and Africa, and then became a parachutist in the Special Forces organization, which coordinated with the resistance movements in occupied countries. He is a native of Hampstead.
