BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. V. Mishcon, who was born in London •n 1915, is a solicitor practising in London and Leeds. He became a member of Lambeth Borough Council in 1945, and of the L.C.C. in 1946, and has been chairman of the Public Control Committee of the L.C.C. for two years. He served during the war, and was afterwards appointed adjutant of the 2nd Cadet Bn., the Royal Fusiliers.
