BIOGRAPHY :

Cmdr. R. Scott-Miller, born in 1904, and a director of an old-established firm of police clothing contractors, served for 25 years in the R.N.V.R. He took part with Combined Operations in the Mediterranean and Northwest European landings, gained the United States Legion of Merit, Salerno, 1943, and was mentioned in dispatches in 1944.
