BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. N. T. L. Fisher, born in 1913, and educated at Eton and Trinity College, Cambridge, is a partner in a London firm of surveyors. He went with the Guards Division to north-western Europe as a major, and in 1945 was given the immediate award of M.C. in the field. He is married to Lady Gloria Vaughan, eldest daughter of the 7th Earl of Lisburne.
