BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. A. H. Banks, aged 30, was educated at Alpha Preparatory School, Harrow, and University College School, Hampstead. Before the war he was secretary of Kenton Liberal Association, and in the war served in The King’s Royal Rifle Corps and Royal Artillery, and as intelligence officer at Eighth Army headquarters. He has been on the executive of the London Liberal Speakers’ Training Association.
