BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. E. J. Parris was born in 1915 and educated at the London School of Economics and Leeds University. He is a barrister and during the war lectured to the Royal Navy on legal subjects. In 1933 he joined the Labour Party and is a member of the Fabian Society. During the last three years he has visited 27 different countries to lecture.
