Mr. J. G. Lowe, 28, took a double first in modern and medieval languages at Cambridge, served in The Sherwood Foresters from 1941 to 1945, and was demobilized with the rank of captain. Formerly employed in the Conservative research department, he has toured Europe and assisted at the Council of Europe.
