BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. W. Bargh was born in 1905, graduated at Glasgow University and is a science teacher. A keen cooperator, he has been a member of the national committee of the Co-operative Party, and chairman of the Glasgow Co-operative Association. He joined the Labour Party in 1940.
