BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. D. Kelly, 45 years of age, was born in the Gorbals district of Glasgow and is a railway worker. He is one of the six representatives of the National Union of Railway men who visited Russia in 1946. He is chairman of his trade union branch, on the executive of the district council of the union, and a delegate to the Glasgow Trades Council.
