Mr. E. Walcot-Bather, born in 1908, is an architect and surveyor. During the war he was engaged for a time in the construction of aerodromes, and afterwards served with the J*”A.S.C. He was prospective Liberal candidate for North Lambeth from 1937 to 1939.
