BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. T. L. Horabin represented North Cornwall in the last Parliament in the Liberal interest until 1947, when he joined the Labour Party. He first entered Parliament in 1939. He was educated at Cardiff High School, and started his career in the Civil Service, later becoming a business consultant.
