BIOGRAPHY :

Miss E. E. B. Chipchase, born in 1916, is a clerk in the Development and Research Office of the London Transport Executive. Since 193? she has been a member of the Railway Clerks’ Association and is the secretary of the Westminster branch. She joined the Labour Party in 1941, and was formerly a member of the T.U.C. Women’s Advisory Committee.
