BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Sharp belongs to the Manchester area. He was born in 1902 and began work at the age of nine as a half-timer. He became a full-time worker in the food business when 13, and to-day has a large catering business and many directorships, chiefly in foodstuffs and transport. Since 1941, he has been a member of Manchester City Council.
