BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. F. N. Stacey, teacher and W.E.A. lecturer, is a former Liberal who joined the Socialists. A graduate of Bristol University, he is chairman of Southwick Rural District Council and has been active in the Fabian Society, the National Union of Teachers, and as a lay preacher. He is also an executive member of the south-west region of the United Nations Association.
