BIOGRAPHY :
Gp. Capt. C. A. B. Wilcock is an engineer, aged 52, and was educated at St. Dunstan’s College and Reading University. He has had a long service in the R.A.F., and served in the Army and the R.F.C. in the first world war, retiring in 1946. He formed the first R.A.F.V.R. squadron in 1937. He has financial interests in civil aviation and was a member of the Labour Party group on that subject. He belongs to the Fabian Society. He was elected as one of the two Labour members for Derby in 1945.
