Mr. J. Dalley, born in 1908, is chairman of a Kidderminster firm of seed merchants and fertilizer manufacturers. Keenly interested in the relations of employer and employee, his firm started early a profit-sharing scheme. He has served on the Worcestershire County Council and on the county executive of the National Farmers’ Union.
