BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. L. Richardson was born near Salisbury 34 years ago, and now lives in Penzance. He is senior radiographer at the West Cornwall Hospital. He joined the Penzance Borough Council in 1946, and is a member of the executive committee of the South West Regional Council of the Labour Party and of the National Union of General and Municipal Workers.
