BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. C. H. Johnston was born in Edinburgh in 1919, and was educated at the Royal High School there and at Edinburgh University. He has been in practice at the Scottish Bar since 1947. He is on the executive of the Scottish Liberal Federation and a past chairman of the Edinburgh Liberal Council. He served with the 51st Highland Division during the last war and was wounded.
