BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. J. M. Millican is 32, and head of a Newcastle firm of glass and paint manufacturers. Educated at Loretto School, Edinburgh, he entered the family business, and is chairman of the North-Eastern Glass Manufacturers’ Association. During the war he served in the Royal Artillery and rose to the rank of major. He is a leading Rugby player, captained the Northern team, and is secretary.
