Mr. E. H. Lee, aged 38, was born in Cornwall and orphaned at the age of six, being brought up by his grandparents. He went to Westminster College and the University of London, and is a teacher, and holds office i? the National Union of Teachers. He is a member of Wembley Borough Council, and has held a number of offices in the Conservative Party.
