BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. E. R. Thomas is 27 and a farmer, and was at the University of Wales. He gained honours in economics and political science, and was awarded the certificate of social science and public administration at the London School of Economics. He is a member of the Liberal Party national executive and last year did social work in the East End of London and in Bristol. He served in the Royal Navy during the war.
