BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. Gerald Wills, a member of Lloyd’s, contested the division unsuccessfully in 1945. He was educated privately and at Trinity College, Cambridge, and was afterwards called to the Bar. He?served in the Territorials and with the Royal Artillery, and later became Deputy Assistant Adjutant – General at Southern Command headquarters.
