BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. W. J. Taylor was born in 1902 and educated at Barnsley and Sheffield University. He ls a civil engineering contractor and a fellow and member of the coun-cil of the Institute of Builders. A member of Barnsley Borough Council, 1933-45, he is closely associated with the Territorial and Air Training Corps movements, he is a member of the Air Ministry’s advisory committee.
