Mr. L. W. Harvey, a shoe manufacturer, has served on Hinckley rural and urban councils, and is a. member of the Leicestershire County Council. Has been a magistrate on the Bosworth Bench since 1930. He was born in 1890, and educated at Bosworth Grammar School.
