BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. M. V. Argyle, a barrister on the Midland Circuit, and 34 years of age, was educated at Westminster and Cambridge. He served eight years in the Army, becoming adjutant of the 7th Queen’s Own Hussars, with whom he won the M.C. in Italy. After the war he was D.A.Q.M.G. Bermuda, and later was attached to the Judge Advocate General’s staff at the War Office.
