Mr. J. S. Knight, an economist and industrial accountant, is an associate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants, and has wide experience in commerce and industry. He was born in 1909 and educated at Christ’s College, Finchley, and the London School of Economics under Lord Beveridge, graduating at London University.
