BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. R. J. McCullagh, who is in an export business and was formerly sales and general manager for an office machinery firm, was born in 1908 and was educated in Australia and London School of Economics. He was chairman of St. Marylebone Labour Party, 1946-47, and has been on the borough council since 1945.
